Sing to "Row, row, row your Boat". "Row, row, row your boat, gently down the stream; Have yourself some Heinz Ketchup, it's full of Lycopene". Heinz has the word lycopene in bold letters all over the bottle. What's too bad, is that folks that are eating ketchup, are often eating french fries. I make oven fries, but they still have olive oil on them. I have to share my husband’s little ditty that he made up at dinner one night. Sing to “Row, row, row your Boat”.
