<p>There is an overwhelming amount of information available these days on diet plans, and conflicting opinions on what constitutes a “good” diet. There really isn’t any one-size-fits-all sort of eating plan, but whatever type of diet you follow, it should be filled with health foods.</p>
<p>What do I mean by health foods?</p>
<p>Health food is <a href="http://www.thefreedictionary.com/health+food" title="Definition of Health Food"   target="_blank">defined</a> as “ food believed to be highly beneficial to health, especially a food grown organically and free of chemical additives.”</p>
<p>These are foods filled with nutrients for nourishment. They fit in <strong>every</strong> diet plan, whether you eat meat and vegetables, are a vegetarian, vegan, or eat raw foods only.</p>
<p>Why the &#8220;made easy&#8221; part? Well, while some folks may thrive on a complete and immediate change in lifestyle, for others it’s too much adjustment at once, and discouraging when it seems impossible to make all those changes.</p>
<p>It doesn’t have to be that way. You can change your diet one bite at a time by making gradual improvements in your diet, incorporating more and more health foods as time goes by.</p>
