Need An Anti Inflammation Diet?
.
Read The Great Cholesterol Lie!
.
If you’re looking for a diet plan that will help your body deal with chronic illness, then an anti inflammation diet may be just what you need.

After reading “The Great Cholesterol Lie” ebook, I have one major complaint. It’s called “The Great Cholesterol Lie” because the author, Dr. Dwight Lundell, is a heart surgeon and he wrote it to teach people how to keep from getting heart disease. That’s all well and good, but the title doesn’t go far enough. This book isn’t just for people trying to prevent heart disease. It should be required reading for anyone trying to stay healthy in today’s world of junk food and popping pills for symptoms.
What The Great Cholesterol Lie is About
See, the whole premise behind this ebook is that cholesterol is not the enemy when it comes to heart disease. Nope, it’s inflammation. But inflammation isn’t just tied to heart disease. In reality, it’s tied to almost every disease or condition out there in one way or another, including:
- Alzheimer’s
- Arthritis
- Cancer
- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
- Diabetes Type 2
- Fibromyalgia
- Hypertension
- Impaired Immune Response
- Infections Following Wounds
- Liver Disease
- Pancreatitis
- Stroke
I could go on and on. The point is, chronic inflammation is a contributing factor to a whole lot of ailments.
You Need An Anti Inflammation Diet!
So why am I telling you all this on a health food blog?
Because good health food is a good anti inflammation diet!
“The Great Cholesterol Lie” ebook is full of information and ideas on how to change your lifestyle and get rid of the inflammation, and healthy eating is certainly a big part of that.
There are chapters explaining how the “eating a low fat diet is good for you” myth got started, and why inflammation is the culprit instead. The book explains exactly why the carbohydrate craze and low-fat diets are a problem.
The Whole Picture On How To Fight Inflammation
But low-fat diets aren’t the only problem. While learning to eat the right kind of fats is important, it’s also essential to know about the problems associated with too much sugar in your diet, and other factors that impact your health like smoking, hypertension, stress, obesity and vitamin deficiencies.
And just so you know all this isn’t all a figment of Dr. Lundell’s imagination. “The Great Cholesterol Lie” has a bunch of appendices full of studies showing how the wrong cause for heart disease was targeted. Instead of low-fat diets and statin drugs to control cholesterol, we need to be controlling the chronic inflammation so many of us are living with.
And once again, a big part of the answer is to change our diet.
Good health foods to the rescue!

Is it possible to purchase a copy of the actual book? I don’t like downloads(such a waste of paper and only printed on one side. I always prefer books. They are easier to store and retrive from a bookshelf containing other health books.

Kenneth Torr
I agree, I enjoy a regular book myself. I usually end up printing out a book, punching holes and putting it in a notebook so I can read it like a regular book. However, this particular book is only available as an ebook.
I am sorry: your response is utterly useless! It does not tell me what I need to know. The book does exist. I have seen a photograph of it on your website. Please, therefore, let me know if and how I may obtain a copy of this book (NOT the e-book)
Thank you. regards.

I’m sorry, but as far as I can determine, this exact book is only offered as an ebook. The book cover shown above is for illustrative purposes only.
However, he has written a similar book called The Cure For Heart Disease… I don’t know if it has the same information in it since I haven’t read it. I suspect there is more about the diet aspects in “The Great Cholesterol Lie”, but as I said, I haven’t read the heart disease book so can’t say for sure.
I just know that the only way to get “The Great Cholesterol Lie” is in the form of an ebook.
I also dislike e books. I also must comment that $49 is expensive for an e book, no matter the hype it is given. Does the doctor really want to help people or just fatten his bank account. I am sorry to sound so cynical but the constant barrage of e books is getting out of hand.
Reading in front of a computer screen for the length of time required to read the book is not healthy. You’re all about health, yes?
Then if you print it out , add that cost to the book after spending $49. Not a great option. Sorry Dr.Lundell that your hooked into the new e book craze.
regards, Louisa
I agree Louisa… Come on doc, your charging us 50 bucks for an e-book?
For whatever reason, ebooks do seem to be expensive. I think that is why you generally get a lot of bonus material with them, such as the bonus video interviews with this book. I suspect more people will be moving to publishing for ebook readers, and that may help decrease the price. But for now, ebooks seem to command a premium price.
