There’s just something wrong with people who don’t like chocolate. You can never have too much chocolate! So imagine how great it is to realize chocolate is actually a great health food!!!

But if you love chocolate and want to make an easy health food change in your diet, just switch from chocolate candy bars to the dark chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa.
