Hope everyone is enjoying some healthy drinks and a healthy breakfast!
I’m not typing too well, so it will have to be a short post today. I tried to give myself a little break – or maybe a BIG one – this past Friday by falling off a futon I was standing on. To make a long story as short as possible, I was trying to get rid of a spider on the ceiling, fell into a metal and plastic shelving unit and a full-length mirror, and busted both to pieces.
While I was at it, I busted myself up a little too. My right leg and arm look a little rough right now, and though my right hand looks fine, I seemed to have stoved up one of my fingers which makes it hard to type.
So stay tuned! I’ll be typing about some more easy changes in what you eat soon. In the meantime, look for those healthier drinks and breakfast foods!
